Arrived at restaurant, 15h05 half hour late, but called to inform them before arrival. On arrival had to wait for table, because was given to other patrons to use. The table was dirty, not ready, but advised that will clear and dress the table, soon! We placed our order at 15h45, the table was not set, had to asked for cutlery and napkins. We drank our wine and waited till 16h30 for our starters, only 2 salads! We finished our starters, and requested for our main course, which took another 30 minutes. Two pastas, fillet, rump which was under cook, had to return that, waited another 15min for that to return to my table. They had an entertainer singing away, thought I was there to be entertained, but was so loud had to request to lower his volume, but credit to him, he came to apologise. We finished our meal, requested the check at 17h31.The waiter, excellent under the circumstances he has to make a wage, but these are my reasons for the complaint: Dirty table, had no napkins or cutlery to set the table, all in the wash, the time it took, the load music, under cook food
the attitude of the manager on duty and the aggression of owner/manager towards staff and customer.
