Last weekend my fiance and i decided to fufill my craving for prawns and his for Sushi so we decided to go to the Ocean Basket at monte casino. When we entered there was no one to help us to our seats. When we chose our own seats then a waiter walked passed and dumped the menus on our table without introducing himself and walked away. Another person came to us claiming that he would be our waiter for the night. We placed our order and after an hour of waiting a man who wasnt our waiter was walking around to each table allowing everyone to put their noses on my food as if he was in a fish market, he then came to my table and threw the food in front of me. I asked where the extra lemon was and he just snubbed me and walked away. My fiances food still didnt arrive at that time so as hungry and angry as we were we went to see the manager Mandla who laughed at my complaint and said that if we had already made our minds up to leave then he will not convince us stay. We were very upset by his attitude and remarks as a manager. I am so disappointed!!!
