On Friday, 31st Jan 2014, my daughter and I decided to have dinner at Spur Carlswald. Usually on Friday's its extremely busy, but we managed to get a table. About 30-35 mins into the meal, my daughter wanted to use the bathroom. Seeing that our meals were almost finished, i decided to tell the waitress to give me a doggy bag. We still had half our drinks on the table (a milkshake and juice). I asked Brian, the manager to keep our table for us while we went to the bathroom. He agreed. Upon arriving back at the table (5 mins later), our table and drinks were gone. I was quiet embarrassed as I walked up to the table knowing that (my food and) drinks had been taken away. I had to pay for my meal at the waiting area. All I got was a mere "I'm sorry, I asked the other waiter to keep your table." I didn't ask the other waiter to safeguard my table, I asked Brian to do so. Please ensure that you managers know how to do their job. Not every patron would handle this lightly.
