We waited 20min to receive service, we only got someone to take our order after I went and asked some one who wa just standing around. I order my favourite drink, the ginger beer, and it tasted like water with a few drops of ginger in. When I explain it to the waiters she ask if she can remove my ice?? It just got to me? How can the ice make all the ginger disappear. I am very disappointed for it is the first time ever I received a bad drink or something from mugg&bean. Its 7pm but it does not mean that we need to receive bad service and products.
