Today 20 Dec 2013, took my wife for a drink at Mugg and Bean, Westville Mall.
When we go there we waited for the menus, then we placed our order. once the order was placed with our waitron TONY, he came back to tell us that they where out of ice for my drink. he asked would you mind waiting 5 minutes. that 5 minutes turned into 15min, then I would have had to wait for the drink to be made, which would have made us late for my wife to get back to work. so just told them to cancel my order.
in this day and age, where do you find a place that runs out of ice.
really unimpressed with the service at Mugg and Bean
