A manager calling a customer stupid

Today I went to Mug and Bean. I asked for water and ginger beer 2 go. I pay with my card. The lady puts all my details in, I put my code and the lady walks away. The machine says remove card as I remove it the guy says it wont go through. So I say ' "it said remove card" why would it not go through'. Then I say lets see if I get confirmation if it did or did not. I get an sms from Absa saying I spent R29 at Mug and Bean. And I told them that I'm not paying for it again. then he calls manger and He comes to me with an attitude and says He has been working her for 12years and he knows what He is talking about and I say bro I having been paying accounts for a long time and I know how to receive sms confirming I've paid and that I have confirmation that I did. Then he says I will never be his brother referring to my skin colour. Then I tell him he is being and he says well I am stupid. I walked out and went straight to the bank to check my balance. And the amount was taken off. Thought to go back and show him but he would say sorry and nothing will come of it but then thought of Hello Peter. R29 is nothing but the way he called me stupid as a manager is unacceptable
