Unsatisfied and dissapointed customers

We ordered 6 x Californian rolls for collection. At the shop we said we don't need any Soya sauce, but if we can perhaps have a bit extra ginger as they put the 6 portions in 3 boxes with the same amount of wasabi and ginger as they normally served for a single serving. After we already paid for the Sushi Then told us we have to pay extra for extra ginger.
We did not take the ginger... Or got any soya...
