Below standard sandwich

I buy from Kauai because I need a health alternative. On Saturday 23 November I bought the takeaway toasted breakfast sandwich (scrambled eggs, beef) at the Rooihuiskraal Virgin active but had to peel off so much fat from the beef that I was left with very little beef. I was very disappointed with the sandwich and more the inconvenience because I didn't have a nice breakfast.
When I phoned them at the gym on 23 November I didn't really get a solution to the problem. They said someone would contact me in the next few days and no one did.

I emailed them on 23 November but still have not received any response.
