I have been eating at Nandos around gauteng for as long as I can remember bt today was the first time I went to the one at calton center, the service was BAD. The guy at the teller wrote our order as delivery on the till slip (order number 68) we waited at the table for more than 50min until we went back to the teller, the order was also wrong when I tried to expalin to the waitress (of which had a Trainee nametag) she gave us attitude and told me dat its my fault I also asked for glasses and ice since our drinks where now hot bcoz of waiting she dint bring them I had 2 go to the manager and ask 4 them, he sent the same waitress to bring them who just threw them on da table they nealy fell. I will never go 2 Nandos again! Plz teach ur staff some manners including the Managers on how to deal with their staff.
