As an avid lover of Nandos, I am sad to say that your Rosebank branch is the most USELESS in the world. Nandos is always the fast food of choice for me, and I have had the opportunity to dine at Nandos in the UK, India UAE. However, the staff at your Rosebank branch are the MOST incompetent and rude people I have ever met. I have been there a number of times over the last few months, the most recent being two weeks ago. The lines are absolutely long, and out of three cashiers, only one till is being used. The other two just sit and ignore customers when complaints arise in the line. When you reach the front of the line, you are greeted in a miserable "what do you want from me" tone of voice. As the food arrives (this has happened with more than one waiter at this branch), there are no forks and knives and half the order is almost always forgotten. When asked to bring somecutlery, or even the drinks that was never brought to the table, the waiters pull their face as if you have now burdened them. Last week, I waited almost 20 mins after asking your waiter to bring the other half of what I ordered, and was greeted by what sounded like sarcastic remarks in Zulu. Disgusting service
