VERY POOR SERVICE

I visited the Nandos Menlyn branch on Sunday evening, firstly waited half an hour for the food, when it came it was wrong, when i asked the manager there on duty this past Sunday what he would do to compensate us for this inconvenience he said nothing. I was very upset as that is not the type of service & attitude you look for to spend your hard earned money, this is not the first time this happened, our first visit to Nandos on the 1st May we decide to relax & have the meal there, firstly called the waitress who had an attitude i asked her 4 times to clean the table the table was filthy and was lying unclean for a while and why do i have to ask for it to be cleaned, it is there jobs to have it cleaned, we then order our food and wait almost an 1.5 hours before they actually got the order right, the food came first was cold, then they made the wrong order. And the manager on duty was the same manager, at the end of the evening we were completely upset and lost our appetites and they seem to just have a don't care attitude. this seems to be the norm with the Menlyn branch, i enjoy Nandos and the food they serve but this branch has completely put me off Nandos
