A night of frustration

My boyfriend and I went to CTFM- Somerset Mall on 26 February 2013 for the buy one get one free sushi special. I am not comfortable with sitting close to strangers so we got a table. Our waitress, Mirriam was friendly at the start and our drinks and first round of food did not take long to come. The second and third did take a while, and we did have to ask her to bring soy sauce. A group of 5 men took the table next to us and they ordered their drinks not long after. We had ordered another serving of sushi and then the wait had started. We waited for about 30 min! We called the manager (or I think she is the manager), she only spoke English and we asked her to cancel the order and bring us the bill. The table next to us had not received their drinks yet and asked the "manager" to bring a waiter who would stay long enough to get their order. After waiting another age we finally got our bill, and the order not received was on it, we asked the "manager" to bring the card machine to pay. The table next to us had still not received their drinks. We waited another 15minutes to pay, and had to go looking for someone so that we could pay. The sushi was also not on CTFM standards.
