I just recieved a very bad treatment from a lady who works for Nandos by the name Peace. She doesn't have manners and definately don't know how to handle customers or how to deal with difficult situations. I work for a very big company and we place big orders with Nandos almost everyday. If i keep on getting a cold or a poor service from her then we will take business somewhere else where my company will get a better service. I also work with different kinds of clients and some of them can be so rude and difficult but because i am proffesional i will not yell or be rude to them. Peace must learn to be polite and patient with customers. In short, i felt so disrespected today at Nandos.
