Well on Saturday we went to the nandos Ladysmith with the family to have a meal. We order the good and had a seat in the dining area, whilst waiting for the good the tables and floors were dirty. we waited for the good and the waiter took it to some other people firstly, then they told her they did not order as yet, then she brought the good to our "DIRTY" table. I asked her if she could clean the tables 1st before serving us. She ignored us n went away. I however went to look for her so that the tables could be cleaned. she finally took her time to clean the table. Then she refused to bring our colddrink which was paid for. however after all that the place was hot. Meaning 30 degrees we asked the staff to on the AC and was told they don't have one.wich is B because they do have. how can one eat in so hot conditions? My sisters child who is 7months old had to be taken outside because of the heat in store. Does nandos wanna lose customers because of bad customer service? This is not the, 1st time we having this problem at this branch.
