Ordered a meal after a long overseas trip away from Nandos.
As a loyal patron from your early days in Sea Point Ive always seen decent service.
Yesterday I ordered a hot meal through the invoice noted below.
The waitress with a blue scarf failed to check my order.
On biting into the meal I noted the incorrect flavour.
I brought it to the waitress's attention and she noted that it was the incorrect meal with the incorrect sticker.
Nothing was done to rectify the problem.
I brought it to the managers attention. He also just stood at the table and said nothing. Im was not impressed.
I asked him to please ask the waitress. He did so and confirmed. He still did nothing. I then has to tell him to tell his cooking staff to please be aware. Again there was no conviction with the staff.
A really off putting experience. What nandos sells is its flavour. How can you get it wrong and not rectify?
A ruined meal. A waste of money.
