FAILURE TO GIVE ME BACK MY DEBIT CARD AFTER SWIPIN

On Sunday the 8/9/13, my husband and I went to Nandos to buy something to eat, the name of the person who assisted us was Mpho, I placed our order with her and we had a disagreement about my order but eventually I gave in to her suggestion, as she said that it was going to be cheaper, it was a eat in, a waiter came to our table without our drinks and we asked him to get us rolls as we had ordered them but Mpho didn't ring them they were not on the till slip, the waiter said it was okay we will have to pay for them when we leave, to our amazement the waiter didn't bring the rolls and the next thing a waitress brought our drinks so we decided to let it slide, we spent about 30 minutes eating and left the restaurant at around 2:30pm not realising that Mpho didn't give me my debit card back, later on around six o'clock in the evening I decided to go to the shops in Fairland, when I was at the till I realised that my debit card was not in my purse, we had to drive back to Southgate, my card was indeed with Nandos, I don't understand why it was not given back as it was a eat in! I had to cancel it with the bank as I was afraid that it might have been cloned. very disappointed client.
