I am a fan of Nandos, i usually have ma dinner or lunch at any Nandos I come across. But this day I was in Braamfontein and I entered Nandos there. I ordered food. and waited on the table with ma drink, because when I asked for the glass from the gentleman who placed my order he said, glass will be brought to my table. My drink ended up being warm, food came to my table after 20min, I was already starving, my drink was warm. I asked the waiter to order me more chicken as i have been waiting for so long, the waiter told me she doesn't take money I rather walk up there and place my order. I said fine thank you, then you don't want business, I started eating, when I had to open my drink, i realize even a glass was not brought to to my table. I was very disgusted and disappointed to such an appalling service, of all Nandos i have ever been, this was just uncalled for.
