After waiting for half an hour to receive service to take our drinks order, we evetually got up to ask a waiter for service. Bearing in mind that it was a late Tuesday morning. Evetually drinks came, mine being a berry smoothie. No service follwed that until I once again got up to ask for the bill. I reported the terrible service to the manager who just smiled and apologised once not uttering another word. Following that my stomach swelled excessively and then spent the rest of the day dealing with chronic stomach cramps which have continued on today. I have since realised that the milk/yoghurt was off. Before we went to the Melissa's I was told that the service was bad- shame on me for still going but shame on Melissa's for being a new restaurant and starting off with notoriously bad service.
