Incorrect Order Given! Meat instead of Chicken!

I order from Debonairs every single week, as I work close by and today they messed up the order completely.

I ordered 3 Chicken Eattza's over the phone for collection and I collected them on my lunch break and headed back to work.

When I get back to work and open them up, they are all meat Eatzza's and I personally dont eat red meat.

Its highly frustrating as I had to peel off all the pieces of cheap meat that are on there and eat the Eatzza plain as I had no time to return the food due to my short lunch break and I had no other lunch to eat.

I have also noticed a decline in the quality of the Eatzza's from this store, as previously they were covered in chicken toppings, cheese and enough sauce... but this year, they are not only smaller, but also have very little chicken toppings, cheese and are almost dry.

Everyone at work loves the Eatzza as a snack for lunch time, and I often order 10 or more at a time, but since the quality has declined, people are not happy with them.

I am unhappy about the quality and now really upset that they also got my order wrong and gave me meat instead of chicken!

If this is the service we are going to get, I will rather order from the KFC.
