I have usually had a very good experience at this store. I arrived at the store on Saturday afternoon to pick up take-away coffee. When I went to collect, I noticed that sugar had been spilt all across the pick-up counter, there were a number of empty packets and noticeable spills all over the counter. The staff then needed to find me a spoon because of short supplies at the counter. I find this very concerning that the counters look like they have not been wiped down/ cleaned for half a day on the weekend when the shop is very busy.
