We booked early for 2 nights at Sleep Easy Hotel in Mainroad Greenpoint Capetown for a studio room for R350 per night breakfast included. When we arrived on the 9th of November the afternoon and had a look at the kitchen it was dirty, there was no cup or glass to use for water or coffee and the counter, microwave everything were very dirty, anybody could see that the carpets was not clean for days, the kitchen was on the 3rd floor and the lift was not working at all. The next morning when we want to have some breakfast which they advertise, there was no cup, no bowl, no spoon, no glass and still as dirty as the previous night. When I spoke to reception man who was on duty the Sunday morning he did'nt even bother to answer me, he himself just came down with the stairs with a slice or 2 bread in his hands (not on a plate) and a cup of coffee or tea, The afternoon when we came back from our outing for the day, the lady at reception told me that she will make a note but if we needed something we should have asked, which nobody told us. The only food in the kitchen was 2 boxes of weetbix, 1 box cornflakes, a little bit of sugar in a glass jambottle, and the bread lying on the dirty counter! Disgusting!!!
