Incorrect Amount charged

My husband bought a cappuccino and muffin from Vida e Caffe Camps Bay on Sunday, 1 December at 10:17am. We then picked up on the bank statement that R178 was deducted. It appeared the order number was input and not the value of R36.

We followed this up with the vida e caffe and was told by Kyle (store manager) that he would 'gladly refund' us. However nothing has happened. I have sent numerous e-mails, and still nothing!
