I went into your store in Somerset Mall to purchase two pairs of jeans and a pair of shoes. Firstly there was no one to help in the shoe department. I eventually walked into the storage room myself to go look for the shoes I wanted (the doors were wide open and yet again no one to help me). I then went to the check out counters to pay for the jeans I wanted to purchase. None off the check out counters had any staff except for the fragrance counter, which had a cue of customers. I then went to the accounts counter at the back of the store, where I could see about 3-5 employees milling about and playing with all the display cellphones. I enquired to one of the ladies at the counter where the managers were? She then pointed at all the staff playing with the display cellphones. I then asked for a complaint form, the one women then looked at her supervisor and said to her that I wanted a complaint form. She then said to her (and I could here every single word) "Hy sal nie een kry nie! " He will not get one. I placed my items on the counter and left your store. No member of my family or friends will ever do business with the edcon group again and all of us will be closing our accounts.
