KFC-Overport has just been under renovations. How disgusting to walk into a filthy store so early this morning. The customer before me, returned his coffee, saying it was just water and sugar! An employee, comes with a rather very soaking wet mop, and just mops away while everyone is standing, waiting for their orders. When another customer and I got chatting about how filthy the floors and counters was, the employee just says that the store is dirty because they were receiving stock. do they receive stock over the counters as well. They didn't even sweep the floors before mopping it up. They now have a counter to place/pay for your order and another to collect your order. But the same person takes the order and then we have to wait and she comes to the other counter and gets the order ready. So, how many staff do they have for the morning??? Why do we have to wait 25 minutes for a coffee and oats??? :-(
