I recently purchased a couple of meals at the Mcdonalds drivethru in mt edgecombe durban. Intially the person dispensing my order forgot a part of it, which i had rectified at the store. Part of my purchase was a kiddies meal for which i paid R5.85 for the kiddies toy. My fault for not properly checking as on arriving home, i found no toy. I called the branch and spoke to the manager - Thandeka, who was not really interested in my concern, I was not prepared to drive the 16km return journey just for a R5.85 toy but her dont care attitude was not acceptable. Not a hello not an apology. Mcdonalds your'll need to treat your management staff telephone etiqute and how to speak to clients as if Thandeka's mannerism is anything to go by then your staff are going to run your'll out of business.
