Mcdonalds Isando yet again their icecream machine is broken and cannot sell mcflurrys. Mcdonalds make so much money you can't tell me they can't afford to fix the machine as this happens like every 2 weeks, when bringing this to the managers attention his attitude was disgusting instead of defusing the situation an not annoyng the customer anymore thats exactly what he did the customer off wth his don't care attitude, to him it is acceptable and his not interestd that we report this matter cause it won't b taken serious neither does he care if u take your business somewhere else to whch we did, just thought every1 shud knw the calabre of management staff at mcdonalds that couldn't care less! Shocking us as consumers have to endure this when we constantly support mcdnaldsu expect some1 of a senior position to hve some sort of customer skills, clearly he wasn manager or he was just being dwn right rude, not support MCDONALDS ISANDO again.take url stinky attitude an shove it quite frankly
