I have on many occasions purchased from this McDonalds branch. This particular occasion I purchased the Grand Spicy chicken burger (which I have bought from this and other branches before) as a drive-through order.
When I get home and sit down to have my meal I see the crumbed chicken fillet is dark brown and fried beyond the point of acceptable for a customer.
All I want is for McDonalds to have some sort of quality check to ensure that customers don't end up with over-cooked / over-fried meals as the meal I received should not be even considered acceptable to sell to a customer.
Very disappointed.
