I ordered a breakfast meal before 11 am for delivery and I was reassured that my order will be done. At 12 pm my order had not arrived when I called the supervisor or whom ever was in charge on 02/11/2013 was extremely rude to me shouting at me. Asking me where I am accusing me of providing false location whilst I was at work. The supervisor gave phone to someone else who advised that they do not deliver where I especially with the order I had placed. My problem is that I order from this place almost on a daiy basis and so do my colleagues and all our orders are delivered regardless of their cost price. I cancelled my order as I didn't appreciate the way I was treated no apology was given and I wasn't educated as the consumer as to the procedure of deliveries goes and I was shouted at for an error/fault conducted by them. I have never been treated so badly by an organisation before and request this be attended to with at most seriousness and urgency.
