On Monday 29/072013 i went to Mcdonalds at Tramshed where i usually go, and i orderded a small meal, to my suprise the teller told me that they no longer serve small meals, and i was suprised cause there was no communication to this effect, and i asked her why, she said " if u punch a small meal, my supervisor will shout at me" i was hungry and said just give me a medium.
On wednesday 31st July i went back for lunch, the cashier told me the same story, now i was confused, do all the McDonalds in the country no longer serve small meals, or only the franchises??? so i asked her "sisi why do you no longer sell small meals"? she just brushed me off and said" we just dont serve small meals anymore, if you have a problem then buy the kiddies meal or the other one where i would buy the meal seperate, they just dont sell small meals anymore."
So i was like could i please speak to your manager cause i do not understand and i do not want a medium meal,
so she calls this lady, im guessing shes a supervisor, and she says to me " Sisi we do not serve small meals" and again i was WHY??? the supervisor said" we just dont serve it, buy a kiddies meal or separate the meal.
