I actually cannot believe that I have to rewrite my whole story here. Basically Nandos are a bunch of clowns. About 3 weeks ago now I received possibly the worst customer service in the Durban North branch ever. I reached out on the Nandos Facebook page looking for answers. Eventually when someone came back to me it was clear that the page was not even the South African page for Nandos. This however does not seem to exist as it turns out. Nonetheless they assured me someone from the South African team would be in touch. Surprise surprise, no one has yet been in touch. I just find it absolutely appalling that a perceived premium brand, well from the price list anyways, has such a poor attitude towards service. They happy to charge you the world, but are not interested in what their customers have to say. I bet they also preach the "customer is king" mantra to their staff but they clearly are not practicing what they preach. It is such a pity because I actually used to like the brand, but this experience has forced me to look elsewhere. So tonight, and in future I will be seeking out the Barcelos up the road, which is actually really good! You don't have a clucking clue
