I placed an order at Nandos, ordered a family pack and other stuff and requested well done chicken. The order was repeated by the lady who took the order and made sure it was to be well done.
I picked up the order and was happy to pay R200 and always regarded the Westwood Nandos as the best on on the East Rand from past experiences.
On arrival at home and opening of my meal, noted that the chicken was not well done (tasted like boiled chicken), livers had no sauce and veggie burger had no sauce on it.
To my shock i phoned the manager at Westwood Nandos(Nico), who was not helpful, defending these issues saying how much sauce was used and said we should have requested a well done chicken and was not willing to listen further on the complaint. After this i didn't want to eat Nandos and clearly asking my self should u keep on buying Nandos, is it really worth my money for this service.
I mean the manager wanted me to go all the way back but fuel isn't cheap, was he going to pay for my fuel, when i m actually supporting his salary.
