I am a loyal supporter of Nandos, i regard this as the best restaurant! Luckily for me Nandos is not far from where i work, i enjoy their menu and i always make sure that i don't go a week without having Nandos. Yesterday i went to buy my old favourite quarter chicken and rice for lunch, to my SURPRISE my rice was tasting funny? i then decided to go back to Nandos to inform them of the meal i bought, i spoke to one of the waitresses who tasted the rice and also confirmed that the rice was off, she then called the manager by the name of (Joseph) he asked me what was wrong with the rice and i explained the whole story to him. To my surprise he didn't seem interested or helpful? He told me something about taking the rice to a lab? i then asked him if he could replace the meal for me as i was hungry and needed something to eat, he gave me so much attitude in front of customers and staff and i felt stupid for even coming to complain? WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS? I am now facing a running tummy because of the rice i had for lunch, i couldnt sleep last night, i was very uncomfortable.
