After so many years of identifying with the Nandos brand I was disgusted yesterday 26/08/2013 Monday 17:25pm when I ordered a 1/4 chicken meal at the Nandos Drive Thru Sanridge centre, I requested extra sauce on my meat as I have always done without a problem. I was told with an attitude by the manager on duty on the day that the Nandos policy has changed and he cant help me, not even once did he ask to see my order or to check on the dry chicken breast meat but cockily dismissed my complaint!! APPALLING! I will no longer buy my Nandos at this centre, I have decided to drive past this establishment from now on to buy my meals at Boulders rather than tolerate this nonsense.
