I went to your KFC at Gandhi Square on the 29 October 2013, ordered the streetwise 2 and the box master meal, we waited for an hour as only two cashiers where working, the lady that served us Patricia told us the Box master meal will take 5 minutes she put the streetwise 2 and the box master chips in the bag, the other ladies where talking next to each other about specials and pick n pay. I asked Pat when will it be ready she kept on saying 5 minutes and I asked her why is she lying as is has been over 40 minutes since I have waited for my order she just looked at me. Eventually after an hour it was ready but she forgot about me and gave it to this guy that came after me, I asked her is this not for me and she say oh ya no sorry for making you wait for an hour or anything. When I got to the office the streetwise was cold the box master chips where cold and there was no salt, tomato sauce and servants added, I'm so disgusted with the service I received from your store. Your staff have a no care attitude and they are not afraid to show it to the customers. Sad
