I just had the worst encounter with a manager from the above-mentioned tonight just after 11pm. The attendant messed up my order (two orders to be paid for separately) after waiting for what felt like an eternity, a third attendant was called to rectify the error- without an apology or an explanation regarding how she intended to resolve the mistake, she demanded additional money from me - when asked y she started raising her voice and gave me the worst attitude. I asked for her name so that I could report the matter to the manager - and to my surprise she was the manager. A confrontation ensued and all this in front of the other staff who seemed to encourage the very bad service and very rude manner in which this manager handled this matter. I had to go to another franchise to get the contact number of their head office as they refused to give me the details nor her full name - she said her name was Palesa as I could not see her name tag - and the whole staff burst out laughing when I said I was going to report the incident. I had to drive all the way to Mcdonalds Sandton to get my food as there was no way I was buying anything from that Mcdonalds ever again.
