The first time was at the East Rand Mall Spur they swiped my bank card 2 times the Manager assured me that it only went off 1 time but it didn't this was on a Saturday so I had to go into the bank with the owner of Spur to fix my bank account what a waste of time money and petrol. They said that if it went off 2 times the refund you double you money this didn't happen. The second time was this weekend I couldn't use my Spur voucher that is on my card because head office were systems offline and I had to register the card the card should have been registered 3 Months ago when I filled in my details on the paper I think I speak for everyone that Spur has robbed given bad customer service have taken time and money from I will be creating a website specially for Spur that people can go and complain on so the whole world can see.
