So after my last complaint about this Spur, no one from this Silver Spur contacted me! So I decided to contact the owner. I explained my situation I had. I even read him the email that Spur's Customer Service sent me.
The owner responded that the Spur Customer Service (Head Office) was wrong, and that he is right!!!
Now this is beyond words!!! How can the Spur Head Office tell me that I am right, and this Spur owner tell me that I am wrong (and tell me that his own Head Office is wrong) Even the neighbour, Tygervalley Spur, said that they do not operate like Silver Spur. So now I am wrong... Spur Head Office is wrong... Spur Tygervalley is wrong... How can Spur allow someone like this to own a branch and drag the name through the mud. He told me that he is the owner, and he will do wat he wants. Really!!! You own a franchise, and you need to follow SPUR'S rules. Not your own!!! I will rather drive past your spur to go to Tygervalley Spur. Thumbs up to Tygervalley Spur and staff. You guys know how to treat customers. Silver Spur, you are pathetic!!!
