Every month, me and my family always eat out at SPUR. The reason being we like the food and the comfort of their seats. I once registered for family card and used it several times and lost the card but re-register again for another card. I think they are suppose to always, before you pay ask for your family card, just like Clicks do. i wonder how many points have i already lost. I like (Spur Northmead Square) with all my heart because i always sit next to the window where you can even guard your car. Even my friends would always ask me if i have shares with Spur because im always there. Im so heartbroken because i spend R800 and above every month at Spur. How many points have i already lost? I think their waiters but be trained to take care of customers and again i am not sure whether that is the game they playing with customers. Because even before when i had the card, no one would ask me for a card. Even with the one i had i dont remember getting an sms or email to tell my how many points i have. i am just in darkness. Maybe that is how they make business or rip us off. I really don't want to go to another restaurant, but the way they treat me and my family is not fair.
