PATHETIC SPUR!!!
2 times in 3 months!!! For the second time in 3 months I went to the Spur to have something to eat and drink, for the second time in 3 months nothing happens on my Spur card, so WHY do I have a Spur card if no one bothers to swipe it, the previous time, your response was send us my slip, why would i keep my slip???
i was the 1 February at the Grove Spur, spent almost R300 and should have had a R50 voucher by now!!! Im a big fan of Spur but if this is the way you are treating the customers i will really start to support Mikes Kitchen and/or Dros. This is really pathetic!!!
And dont bother replying if I have my slip you will sort it out, why must I carry papers around because the Spur people dont do their jobs!!!
if this was the first time i would understand but this is really pathetic, dont know what the point of the card if this is the customer service around this!!!
