I was assaulted in this restaurant whilst celebrating a family member's 50th birthday. This "family" restaurant is filled with intoxicated and indecent people, and one of them intentionally headbutted me for no reason whilst I was dancing with family on the dancefloor. The managers insisted they contained the situation and that the perpetrator was held until the police arrived for statements to be taken. Yet security was not called, and when the police came, the perpetrator was nowhere to be found, and I expect that he was allowed out the back entrance. The managers aggravated the situation, instead verbally abusing my family and falsely accusing me of giving their restaurant a bad reputation. They did not sympathise with my situation whilst I stood around with a nose and swollen lip. The special occasion was completely ruined, and all Rodizio did was try rid of me as soon as possible because my blood-filled face was "scaring away customers" and "bad for business" (quoted manager's words). This restaurant is an extremely dangerous place, and I will not recommend anyone go there, as many children were put in danger, and what started as a celebration ended as a nightmare.
