I'm a parent at a nursery school in Pretoria which runs on a non-profit basis. We held a carnival on September 6 2013 and asked Blueflame to provide us with a kids playarea,
The total amount of R 1 300.00 was paid for the following events
Face Painting, Balloon artist, Puppet show, Jumping Castle, Colour-in competition, TV Games, Mini Car
The promise was made that this will be done in a cordoned of kiddies play area.
However, a sms was sent to the organizer of the fun fair on the Friday afternoon simply stating that the TV games will not be there as well as the mini car. This in itself was a big draw for the kids. Willie did however state that a R300 will be paid back to the school for this loss (payment not made yet)
Came Saturday morning, the following happened.
a jumping castle was simply dropped at the school
Face painters pitched without ANY paint.(the agreement was that the school was to provide nothing and all will be provided)
No colouring
No puppet show
No TV games
No Minicar
Area was not even cordoned off as agreed. The response "did you expect a disneyland'
We will NEVER do business with blueflame again.
Also they just contract out to other companies.what is the use.
