I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the totally unprofessional service and treatment received from the owner and management of La Tazzina Edenvale. My grandsons First Communion was booked in May for October. With 3 weeks to go before the function and all invitations sent out, our booking was cancelled. The first reason given was that they were issued with an interdict that their operating hours were to be limited. Then when we went to go see them we were given another story that they were only allowed to seat a certain number of guests at one time. The story then change for a third time and still we do not know the truth as whenever we drive past the restaurant is full. The owner assured us that if another venue is found she was able to cater for us. When we eventually received the catering quote the price had tripled. Needless to say we did not take them up on their ridiculous offer. We were put out by their problem and still no effort was made by them to rectify the situation. I find it very sad as the business had loads of potential but with not with lousy attitudes and poor customer service. They will not see us again and we will be sure to spread the word.
