Date: 10 January 2014; Venue -Cantare, Monte Casino; Occasion : 55th Birthday Party ---Cantare Supper Club management messed up a clear booking request (for a private, glassed area seating). The Management refused to seat us in the reserved area that we had BOOKED and PAID FOR---they were inflexible and uncooperative. No compensation or amends were made for displacing my guests as they waited for almost an hour for a table to be made up in the common seating area. The owner has no clue about customer service or how to manage a booking system. It was disappointing and disrespectful service on what should have been a very special Birthday celebration. Overall this is indicative of VERY POOR management, especially for a restaurant billing itself, and pricing itself, as high-end. To date, no communication from Cantare has been received... Needless to say we WILL NOT BE returning or recommending this venue to anyone.
