The owner or Peekaboo indoor play centre was rude and unprofessional when I complained about the poor service she gave me. As per website they were supposed to provide me with a themed party but there were no Themed party invitations, the was little effort on the themed party setup. The kids lunch was bland and instead of the promised juice they served the 2 year olds warm fizzy drinks. There was no 2 hour gift voucher for the birthday child.
The owner claimed that the R2500 for 3 hours was purely for venue hire and that the other items were just favors.
I was offered the use of their kitchen which was dirty and smelly.
