I booked a ticket on sa roadlink, bus was suppose to depart 18:30 the evening. Fair enough just after booking the ticket I received a sms saying there will be a 3hour delay en-route which meant on the way to pe. I got at the station at 6pm, went to the office to find it is closed but there is one of their staff sitting behind the desk very moody and totally unprofessional I asked her what time will the bus be here she told me at 9. I then sat all the time there waiting.@9 no bus went back to the office to find that there is nobody there. Then 2 of their lady staff got out of a car just past 10pm under the influence of alcohol, by this time all the passengers were very furious.then they were just telling the people the bus is leaving the depot in 20mins which was a lie, everytime we ask they just got a diffrent story everything besides the truth..they didn't want to let us know that they working on the bus was chaotic there!! It was so unprofessional that they never even checked our tickets, the police were even called in by some passengers.by all we departed only at 01:40am!! all together I had to sit and wait there for the bus 7hours!
