As much as I love going 2 Spur I think its pathetic that you have to wait so long on feedback. I sent an email to customer services on the 4/10/2013 regarding my points that are not showing. Yes its something small but feedback would be great. I was @ Apache spur in durban north on the 23/09/2013 and a waitress put my order on someone elses bill. After waiting 15min for the bill to get sorted she took my card number down for my points. Yet my points are showing 4 Gold Rush in Emperors Palace when I swiped on sunday. If waitrons get bills mixed up and take card numbers down they should put it down.
