I have had several problems with his store in particular. Out of convenience i generally go to his store. I have as a result experienced several issues of incorrect orders being sent to me. It is generally Jarred who is the manager on duty. On this occasion which occurred now (04/10/2013) at about 5.15pm. I went in ordered a tripple decker chicken pizza and a chicken and mushroom (which my small son loves. He is the5). I came home and the kids started eating. My small son said the pizza didn't taste right. I looked at it and saw it was wrong. I phoned the store and complained to Jarred who was a bit rude to say the least. He offered to replace the pizza to which i stated that the kids had already started eating and the inconvenience of going back there's not acceptable. He then offered to deliver another one to me and said he needed proof that the had supplied the wrong pizza. They take your slip when you receive your order leaving you with no proof. I further think that they should get their orders right the first time every time. I was once sent a meal with pork during a time when inwas fasting. This is totally unacceptable an they should be sorted out for this.
