My husband and I went out for dinner at Spur Kiowa (Centurion Lifestyle) on 17 October 2013. I am currently 7 months pregnant and it is extremely obvious! we ordered burgers and my burger came half raw! I was disgusted and sent the burger back, to receive another one. They brought me a new burger still half raw and my husband ended up eating it.
Then as we were leaving, we paid and told the waiter to swipe our family card. He proceeded to explain to us that they were offline and he needed to take our slip and family card number to get the manager to phone in and sort out all the family cards.By 31 October 2013, my family points had not been loaded! I phoned Head Office to complain, they took all my details and promised Spur would phone me back to ensure i received my points on my family card.
My husband and I went away for the weekend and when i got home i saw 3 missed calls from a number i did not recognise. I phoned the number to find out if it was the Spur and it was. However, I spoke to "Innocent", the Manager and he said he knew nothing of the sort and cannot help me! I am utterly disgusted with Spur service. They have gone to the dogs!
