We ate at spur in Secunda on Sunday and when we paid and provided our spur family card the told us they are offline. They told us to go to any other spur or phone the head office they can load it for us. Today I e-mail the head office and asked them to load the points I even e-mailed them the proof of the bill, now I get a call and they tell me that I need to take it up with the Sput in Secunda they can't do anything for me.

So what now, now I must waste my money to phone the sput and ask them to load the points after they told me phone the head office and just fax them the proof and they will load it.

So what am I suppose to do now?
