I went to buy a meal and was debited twice on my cheque account, when i query that the lady by the name of Grace told me that the money will be reversed. I waited the whole weekend hoping i will get my money back but nothing has happened, this morning when i get there to please ask them to give my money back the manager told me that its not their fault i should take it up with my bank. I am very dissappointed as this incident happened to in store i still believe that they should have done more to help me
